At MedQ Medical Supply, we proudly adhere to the standards set by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for all Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS) providers. These standards ensure ethical practices, patient safety, and high-quality service for all our customers. Regulatory Compliance

We comply with all applicable federal and state licensure and regulatory requirements. Licensed services are only performed by qualified personnel directly employed or contracted under proper guidelines.

Accurate Information

We provide complete and truthful information in our supplier application. Any updates or changes are reported to the National Supplier Clearinghouse within 30 days.

Authorized Signatures

Only authorized representatives at MedQ Medical Supply sign applications and binding documents.

Order Fulfillment

Orders are filled using our inventory or trusted partners. We do not work with any entity excluded from Medicare or other federal healthcare programs.

Patient Choices

Patients are informed of their right to rent or purchase equipment and are advised of the purchase option for rental items when applicable.

Warranty Compliance

We honor all manufacturer warranties under state law and ensure that covered equipment is repaired or replaced at no cost if under warranty.

Physical Facility

  • Is accessible to the public
  • Has a minimum of 200 sq. ft. for operations and record storage

We allow CMS or its agents to conduct on-site inspections during business hours.

Liability Insurance

Delivery & Instruction

We are responsible for the delivery of Medicare-covered items and provide instruction on proper use.

Complaint Handling

We respond to all patient inquiries or complaints and document all interactions.

Equipment Repair/Replacement

We repair or replace rented equipment promptly and at no additional charge to Medicare beneficiaries.

Return Policy

Disclosure Requirements
